As you can see, it has been searingly hot.   I haven't been anywhere, 104 degrees is too hot to walk across a car park.  Goodness knows what it was like round Tulsa in the northern part of the state, because a weather warning means one has to be very aware, and take precautions.   So I just stayed indoors in my nice cold house which I have set at 68.  68 doesn't sound cold, but believe me it is when the outside temperature is 104.

I have spent the day moving things about a bit.   James from Staples is coming on Monday to set up my computer in the living/kitchen area.   Then Mark will come and take away the big desk in the computer room, which I want to make more cosy.   Another advantage of moving the computer is that if anyone tries to Skype me, I should have a better chance of hearing them in the middle of the house.

I also did quite a bit of crocheting while watching the news.   I think I will finish the afghan tomorrow.

So that's been my day........................not a lot to write about but I thought it was better than nothing.
